Strawberry Chiffon Cream cake class:

For Students with little or no experience in making cake and masking cake with fresh whipping cream.

-Demo and bake your own "light sugar/healthy chiffon cake" in groups of 2.

-Cut, assemble, mask and finish the strawberry chiffon cake.

-Learn about ingredients, tools, and tips on cake making.

-Learn easy decorative piping, using piping bags

-You can finish the cake according to your own liking, does not have to be our standard cake look.

-Bring home the 5 inch cake to eat :)

 

**IF we don't have enough participant for the class, we will refund the full amount of class back to your form of payment**

 

Class rules/regulations/policy (Please read carefully before registering)

All classes will be held at 3586 Fraser street 11am-2pm (May run later till 2:30)

-Small classes teaching (maximum 5 student per class)

-Please bring your own pen/apron to class.

-Coffee/beverage will be provided in class

-You can take video in class with cellphone, pictures is permitted, but please avoid the faces of student and instructor and non class related materials.

-Class will be conducted in English/Mandarin/Cantonese (depending on language background of students).

-There will be no refund or exchange for other type of classes/products upon payment and registration because the seat is reserved for you already at time of registration. 

-You may transfer your spot on your own discretion to your friends or family if you cannot attend given at least 3 days notification.

-Please be aware of any food allergies.

-Please come on time, class will begin after 10min of starting time latest.
