- The Caneles will have the crunchy outer shell for the first few hours and will soften as the time goes. We recommend eating them as soon as possible, otherwise, please store in fridge for 2 days (eat immediately when out of fridge) . Freezer storage 7 days ( eat after leaving in room temp after 10-15min). Reheating is also an option, but please remove figure before heating as it will melt !
