To minimize confusion and misunderstanding that may arise during cake ordering process to having the end product received by customers, we have created this information sheet so that we are all on the same page.
By ordering from our online cake shop (you) as a wonderful client fully understand and agree to the following:
Making cakes and delicious pastry are a wonderful way to help us connect, celebrate meaningful occasions and create long lasting happy memories. To reduce the amount of miscommunication and misunderstanding during the process of creating your special cake, we hope to minimize any problems as much as possible at the beginning to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Custom Cakes
-Custom cakes will be made according to customer's provided details and reference photos. Please be aware that finished product might not be exactly the same as in rough design.
-Please be aware we are only talking about the 'Cake' design and not design on the 'cake board', should you want those additional details please let us know during the conversation.
-Customer are responsible for letting us know of any allergies prior to placing order.
-Once the product has arrived at your hands, it is your responsibility to properly store the product and consume within the suggested time frame.
Standard
Cakes
-There are no specific default color we use for wordings on cake board. If you would like to specify the color, there is an additional charge.
-Photos of cake are for reference only might not be 100% the same.
-Once the product has arrived at your hands, it is your responsibility to properly store the product and consume within the suggested time frame.
Caneles
-Caneles are best eaten the day of pick up within 4-5 hours.
-Once ethe product has arrived at your hands, it is your responsibility to properly store the product and consume within the suggested time frame.
